The Google Assistant Study Jam conducted in Doha, Qatar saw more than 20 participants as part of a closed session. I trained these participants on how to build applications for the Google Assistant. In this study jam, we will learn about Google Assistant, how it works, and how can we leverage this powerful technology. We will also learn how to develop new applications with it. Using Actions On Google and Dialogflow, we create new actions for Google Assistant. We also discussed schema markups and how to build chatbots quickly. Finally ending the session with live demos on Home Automation.
